On August 09, 2015Dog Orphans Inc. will hold its 3rd Annual Hounds & Sounds Music Fest at the Singletary Rod and Gun Club, 300 Sutton Ave, Oxford, Ma. We are beginning our preparations for this fun-filled day and would be honored to include you as one of the sponsors for this event. This year we will be offering two levels of sponsorship:

Premier Sponsors ($300) will be prominently feature all social media, including Website, Facebook, Twitter, and Constant Contact. Premier sponsors will be listed on the back of T-Shirts being distributed that day and also have the opportunity to link to our website, where viewers will be able to have easy access to your webpage.Your business will be able to set up a 10x10 space the day of the event and free admission (up to 4 people).Your company will be listed on all tickets and pledge sheets. Your sponsorship will be recognized by periodic announcements throughout the day at Hounds & Sounds.

Sponsors ($150) will also enjoy promotion of their company on all social media (as indicated above)your business will be able to set up a 10x10 space the day of the event. Your sponsorship will be recognized by periodic announcements throughout the day at Hounds & Sounds.

Hounds & Sounds Music Fest will begin at 12:00 Noon and end at 5:30 p.m., featuring several bands playing different styles of music. This event will feature a variety of vendors and offer services including caricature drawings, nail clipping and painting for our four-legged friends, canine massages, agility demonstrations, and more. There will be an abundance of gift certificates and theme-based baskets in our raffle which will be held at the end of the day.

Dog Orphans Inc. is a no-kill, non-profit 501(c)3 organization which relies solely on donations and adoption fees from the community for its operating expenses. Your sponsorship will be used towards the care of our orphans, including providing food, treats and veterinary care while they are with us, as well as supporting our mission to care for these dogs until they can find their forever home.
