*** 7.2 UPDATE ***
Greetings!
AutoEnginuity would like to announce the release of the 7.2 version of it's popular ScanTool software. The ScanTool 7.2 release is the long awaited update to our enhanced European coverage. Enhanced Porsche now updates to include live data and bi-directional support for 60+ controllers. Enhanced BMW adds 40+ new controllers for the E6X and E9X up to '08 models support. Enhanced Mercedes and Audi/VW are released with the most competitive after-market implementations yet. Finally, last but certainly not least, GM transmission data stream has been completed and we are the first to introduce the GM single-wire CAN body systems.
To achieve the advances in our coverage and data rates we required new hardware called the ProLine hardware. All of the new European support requires the new ProLine hardware to operate. ProLine customers can purchase the full European package for 1199.95 USD (SP07-2). This package will also include the hardware upgrade from the AE Enhanced to the new ProLine hardware. All other customers wanting the new ProLine hardware can purchase the AC12 for 199.95 USD and upgrade their AE Enhanced hardware. Finally, the ProLine hardware will also eliminate the need for the BMW and Porsche pigtail adaptors. The hardware can now electrically switch pins as necessary.
The Audi/VW expansion (EI16), Porsche expansion (EI13), and Mercedes expansion are 230 USD each and available today.
