What do we want from the board over the next year? Green=added to Strategic Plan
- Megan: liaison role work more thoroughly, how to support other agencies (especially smaller agencies…help each other weather the storm)
2. Angela: increased participation in network membership (quarterly meetings & trainings)
- Maria: address the workforce issue-how to make trainings available to folks who can’t attend (no time to attend the trainings); do more with frontline supervisor training, more TIC & develop a plan & incorporate compassion fatigue, everything seems to tie together (keep it simple…person centered…)
- Jacque: more partnerships with jail system & hospitals, see where current member agencies are at & ensure we’re all on the same page
- Jennifer: more partnership with medical system
6. Jessica: increasing membership, increase attendance (possibly offer webinars)
- Susan: put together a PBS consultation team (struggling implementing PBS, or with a particular member) “PBS experts”, increase liaison role, create a plan & help it take you there (doesn’t have to be huge goals)
- Tiffany: how to make PBS a priority/ensure it into your cultural & make it a philosophy for everyone you interact with
9. Shelly: Goodwill partners with Grandview, look at partnerships, present to colleges
- Increase participation: solicit feedback, share mission statement & share why its so important why they come
11. Add as a standing agenda item to Quarterly PCHS Provider Meeting: Maria will add this but want a board member to share this (Susan will do 1st one)
