Tom Mitoraj Treasurer's Report- Tom reported we have a balance of $2743.93 The NACP dues of $200 have been paid and are reflected in the balance. SEJ dues of $300 and $1000 commitment to the Upper Room Prayer line are outstanding and due in March.
James Sink has a previous commitment so no Secretary's Report tonight

12:00 Lunch
1:00 Call to Worship by Nathan Malone- Not yet confirmed
Cost is $20 until March 8, $25 after that. We are paying $10 per person for food and refreshments (By Kodak UMM) It was decided to ask LaRae Collins (INM) to be with us and speek during the meeting. Eric asked for several men to volunteer to help with registration at Kodak UMC and we will get the "Ask Me" vests from Mike and ask Kodak to have several men to help greet people at Kodak UMC and answer questions
Eric NACP Meeting Feb 28- Mar 3 cost is $351-Eric asked if it was appropriate to pay for all or part of this expense (reimburse since he has paid already) It was decided to pay for the expense (hotel, meals during event, and cost of program) Moving forward it was decided that the E-Board would develop guidelines for what expenses were appropriate to cover and what the process would be. Eric stressed the need for transparency and it was pointed out that Mike Smith did not have these expenses covered and Mike stated that was mostly due to the fact we had never before had the money to do so.
Eric District Meetings: Tazewell April 6, Knoxville April 27, Johnson City May 18. Are there others planned yet? I REALLY want us to have an event/meeting in every district this year. Eric asked that all DP's get a meeting on the books. Eric reiterated his willingness to get a meeting scheduled in the districts without a president.
Eric National Gathering in July. We want to work to arrange transportation from each District or regional area for those that will attend. Church van or bus...we need to begin to plan for this now. Eric asked each DP to begin to identify resources (van or bus and a sponsor for fuel, etc) for this event. We (UMM) are going to do all we can to get men from each district to attend and want to make the travel an adventure and part of the fellowship. Eric will be working with the DS's to communicate this to clergy as well.
District Officers: Reports? I really would like something from the districts in the next few weeks so we can consolidate into my report for DWTB. Please send what you can to Eric ASAP so we can represent all the districts as

New Business??? Dan Taylor commented on a recent visit (invitation from MO DS Tom Ballard) along with Eric Knoefel and his son Nick to be at Bewley's Chapel in Moshiem, TN on the Riverview Circuit which is 5 churches seeking to form a Men's Group. Pastor Joe Phillips of Riverview Circuit hosted and several men from Shady Grove UMC (almost an hour away) were there as well. Rev. Ballard, Rev. Phillips and Eric all spoke. There was some effort to find a DP and there was discussion of planning a district meeting/event. This was a VERY positive thing
