Note: 1. (a) This form is to be sent through the Principal of the College, where the student is enrolled who will certify the correctness of the statements made by the students.

(b) If the applicant be a detained or one who has been degraded or against whom any disciplinary action has been taken, etc., the Principal should specifically mention this in his remarks.

2.  The student should obtain the sanction of the Principal of the College he wishes to migrate to.

3.  The leaving certificate is not to be given by the Principal until the transfer of a student has been sanctioned by the Vice Chancellor. No admission without such sanction shall be considered valid.

1.  *In case of illness, the application must be accompanied with a proper medical certificate.

2.  *Every application for migration must be accompanied by a fee for RUPEES FOUR HUNDRED only which will not be refunded even if the application is rejected.

3.  Fee should be remitted to the Treasurer, Hazara University.

4.  Fee can be deposited in the Nation Bank, University, Mansehra, University Branch OR the Banks authorised by the University.

5.  No form will be entertained without the original Bank Receipt, Photocopy of DMC and N.I. Card.
