Task / Sorting, cleaning books given to children in need / Packing and stocking the food pantry / Pack food boxes for hungry families in a warehouse setting / Weeding, mulching / Weeding, light landscaping
Supplies needed or other instructions: / Bring any books for children (up to age 5) with you! / Bring a few canned goods for D.E.A.M. if you like! / IMPORTANT: We will be leaving the church promptly at 9:15on Wednesday. If you arrive late to VBS that day, your child may miss the bus or van. Arrive by 9 am! / Full water bottle, long pants, long shirt, hat, closed-toe shoes that can get muddy, bug spray, work gloves. Wear sunscreen! If you have an epi-pen bring it w/ you. / Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, gloves.

The Daily Schedule for the 56ers is as follows:

8:45 - 9:00 am- Check-in in gym lobby on Monday/all other days sign-in child directly in his/her classroom

9:00–9:15 am – Time in Classroom – Devotional & Daily Overview

9:15 - 9:35 - Assembly Time (Fellowship Hall)

9:40 – Kids return to their room and prepare for departure

9:45– Kids depart in church van, bus or car (or by foot on Tues.)

10:00 – Arrive at site and begin outreach project

11:15 – Depart work-site

11:30 - Arrive back at the church / snack time

11:40 - 12:00 am- Closing assembly (Fellowship Hall)

12:15 noon – Pick up your child in his/her classroom. Kids who are in aftercare are escorted to their designated aftercareroom.
