Haw Creek will increase the number of 4th and 5th grade students scoring proficient or distinguished in ELA 66.57% to 68% and Math 78.39% to 80% as measured on the GA Milestones Assessment.

All teachers will participate in professional learning, data team meetings, and grade level collaboration to support all students in ELA and Math. Our TKES goals for the 2016-2017 school year is to focus on the following Standards:
Standard 2:

Gifted/Advanced Learners:
Our Gifted teachers will collaborate with classroom teachers to address the needs of our gifted/advanced learners. Their academic learning needs will be addressed through differentiated instruction and flexible grouping. Our gifted department will be utilizing a blended model to address the learning needs of all students. The blended model will consist of a pull-out and push-in format for learning.
