ZONAL VALIDATION
1)BIRTH VALIDATION
For validating birth entries, click the Registrationlink in Menu.
In zonal office, click Zonal RegistrationBirth
After login process, the page (screen1) will be opened.
Screen 1
Select the corresponding Zone and Division and click the button named “Submit”.
Then Selection for birth validation page (Screen 2) will be opened.

Click the Validate Entries button, then list of records for birth validation (screen 3) will be opened.
If you click makeNewEntry button, then birth registration page for zonal office will be opened.

Select any one link from list of records, and then corresponding birth validation page (screen 4) for that record will be opened.

After Clicking Edit Button, all fields are enabled, Then modification cane be performed
After modifying fields, click the Submit button.
Then the page (screen 5) will be opened, Intimating the successful submission message.
Print Preview button and Print button is used to View and Print Validation.

2)DEATH VALIDATION
For validating death entries, click the Registration link in Menu.
In zonal office, click Zonal RegistrationDeath
After login process, the page (screen 1) will be opened.
Select the corresponding Zone and Division and click the button named “Submit”.
Then Selection for death validation page (Screen 2) will be opened.
Click the Validate Entries button in that page (Screen 2), and then list of records for death validation (screen 3) will be opened.
If you click makeNewEntry button, then death registration page for zonal office will be opened.
Select any one link from list of records page (screen 3), and then corresponding death validation page (screen 6) for that record will be opened.

3)STILL BIRTH VALIDATION
For StillBirth Validation, click the Registration link in Menu.
The page will be opened.
