- What did you like about the course?
- I like the session on managing rule breaking.
- The course gives me the basic tools that I should follow in order to be a good safety leader. ABC, PDCF.
- Leading by example. Different department of Well Engineers. Share different ideas.
- Interactive training with many people from different fields. Also, it contains all what supervisor needs to run operations safely.

- Le t the course date be at beginning of the week. Avoid Thursday. Show us statistics related to PDO (latest figures). Show us how to effectively use the available reporting tools.
- Don’t schedule the course on Thursday.
- Provide the course objective as part of the nomination email, so participants will know what to expect upfront.
- Was the course delivered at an appropriate level for your experience?
- Yes - ALL
- I think it will be better for new DSVs and HSVs.

- The different style to deal with different people working with me. Ensure better communication is happening.

- Yes, the first day until lunch was a little more of revising basics but I believe it is important especially for field staff.

- Yes and I highly recommend to use the same room for next sessions.

- DSV, TP, NTP, Driller, AD should be in this course. Make Arabic version.
- Too much food.
