LITTLE MISS/MISTER PUMPKIN SHOW 2017 REGISTRATION FORM
Age Groups: 4-5-6, 7-9 years old and not older than8 on October 155h, 2017. King & Queen chosen from each age group. Register by mail or sign up at the Pumpkin Show, 1pm to 2pm at the Fairgrounds Office. Register ahead and receive a free weekend parking pass for the whole family.

Times: Pageant starts at 2:00pm. No late arrivals. Pageant held at the Main Covered Stage: The Salem County Fairgrounds offers an amazing covered stage with plenty of seating for Parents and contestants.
Sponsorship Fee: $15.00 per contestant. (Pre-registrations receive a free weekend pass)
Pre-Registration: Simply fill out page #2 of this application and mail with sponsorship fee of $20 to B & K Enterprise, P.O. Box 925, Millville NJ 08332. You will receive notification by letter that your registration has been received and accepted. Upon arrival to the pageant on Oct. 15th, you can pick up your children assigned number. The girls/boys are brought up on stage in the order of the numbers assigned.
Registration at the Pumpkin Show Festival: Registration can also be done at the event on October 15th from 1pm to 1:45pm at the fairgrounds. Registration will be held in the main office at the fairgrounds. Please bring a check or money order only payable to B & K Enterprise.
Pageant Theme: Fall Harvest. Use autumn colors, dark shades of gold, orange, burgundy, forest greens print. Girls must be dressed in semi-formal or dressy outfits. Your child’s dress/suit should reflect the fall harvest of colors. Think of all the rich shades of fall in pumpkins, maple leaves, corn, apples, etc. Girls can carry baskets filled with pumpkins, fall flowers, apples, Indian corn and winter squash. Boys should be in a suit or jacket with dress shirt or your Sunday’s Best. One King will be chosen from each age group.
Judging: Will consist on scoring of the dress/suit, fall themed, hair and accessories, overall appearance, behavior on stage and more. This is a fun filled pageant and a great way for families to spend the day with your child and celebrate the fall harvest. Sponsors name will be read as contestant comes out on the stage. Any contestant that appears afraid, moms may walk them out on to the stage. Stage will be filled with pumpkins, mums, cornstalks and fall decorations. Bring your cameras and come out and have fun!
Queen & King-One will be chosen from each age categories.
Prizes: Sashes, Crowns, Pageant Pins, Trophy, gift baskets & more.
Ribbon and goody bag for all contestants.
Weather: In case of severe weather pageant will be held in a facility to be announced.

As a parent of legal guardian of a participant in the 2017 S.J. Pumpkin Show Little Miss/Mister Pageant, I assume the full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss which may be sustained because of my child and myself participating in any manner, associated with this program. I further agree to waive release and relinquish all claims which may result from participating in the Little Miss/Mister Pageant, to be held on October 15th, 2017, at the Salem County Fairgrounds, Rte. 40, Woodstown, Pilesgrove, New Jersey. I also agree to release the B & K Enterprise, Kathryn & Leslie Wright, the staff, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, or helpers from all reliability during the 2017 South Jersey Pumpkin Show. I also give B & K Enterprise to take photos of my son/daughter/contestant for marketing, advertising, website for the South Jersey Pumpkin Show Fall Festival.
I also understand that all judges’ choice is final.
