B. ATTENDED A MEETING WITH SUPERVISORS OF DANNEMORA,ELLENBURG AND SARANAC AT DANNEMORA TOWN OFFICE FOR A 90 MINUTE DISCUSSION WITH SLIC ENGINEER KEVIN LYNCH & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS DARLENE COLE. THIS WAS THE FIRST OF MANY PROGRESS MEETINGS THAT WILL BE SCHEDULED EVERY 6 TO 8 WEEKS FOR POSITION REPORTS BY SLIC'S STAFF.

C.WE NEED ONE MORE PERSON TO BE ON OUR BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SUBMIT QUALIFIED NAMES AND KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WILL TRY TO KEEP OUR GEOGRAPHICAL BALANCE SO A PERSON FROM BRAINARDSVILLE AREA WOULD BE IDEAL.

E. WITH THE CURRENT COUNTY CHANGES FOR OVERSIGHT OF THE BURKE ADULT CENTER WE HOPE TO GET THE 3 TOWN SUPERVISOR TOGETHER AT THE CENTER FOR SOME LONG-RANGE PLANNING. WE HAVE ELLIE WALL AND BARB BILOW ON THE LOCAL BOARD, BOTH ARE EXCELLENT.

THE PLANNING COMMITTEE HAS NOT MET IN FEBRUARY. NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR NOON FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2017 AT BELLY'S RESTAURANT IN MT. VIEW.

WE HAVE LOGGED IN 75 RETURNED 2017 QUESTIONAIRES. THEY'VE NOT ALL BEEN ENTERED INTO THE NEW SPREADSHEET, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN NUMBERED.

THE COMMITTEE IS LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING MORE RESPONSES TO THE 2017 QUESTIONNAIRE FOCUSING ON "PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY" ISSUES. STATISTICAL AND VERBAL COMMENTARIES WILL BE DEVELOPED FOR THE TOWN BOARD BASED ON TAX PAYER INPUT.

INRESPONSE TO A REQUEST FROM CBRE, I (JOHN DALPHIN) RESPONDED AND HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE TOWER CBRE SECTION 16 STUDY.

THE COMMITTEE ALSO REMINDS THE BOARD OF ITS ACTION ITEMS RECOMMENDATION PRESENTED IN SEPTEMBER CONCERNING AN ENGINEERING STUDY OF ROAD RUN-OFF THAT MAY AFFECT WATER BODIES IN BELLMONT.

RECEIVED LETTER FROM BOARD OF ELECTIONS THAT EVERY VOTER IN BELLMONT 1&2 WILL BE DISTRICT 1 AND THE POLL SITE WILL BE THE TOWN JUSTICE BUILDING. THIS WILL BE A PERMANENT LOCATION FOR EVERY ELECTION EFFECTIVELY STARTING IN 2017.
