As previously intimated, the Spring General Meeting of the Association will take place in the Function Suite, Shri Bheema’s Indian Restaurant, Parkway Inn, Balgownie Road, Bridge of Don, on Sunday February 22rd 2015 at 3pm.

Clubs are reminded that, as agreed at the 2011 AGM, Clubs are now liable to a deduction of 15 league points per team the following season if unrepresented at a Meeting without good reason, of which the Management Committee will be the sole judge.

  13. Grade Fees – The Management Committee proposes that these are frozen at the 2014 level (£200 for clubs with one team: £300 for those with two or more)
  14. Handbook – proposal that as agreed at the AGM the Handbook no longer be produced in hard copy; but clubs be allowed to download unlimited copies from the Web (contents and format as at present) at a fee of £40 per club to cover editorial and set up costs.
  15. Association Dinner – To approve that the cost of pre-sold dinner tickets (2 per club) be increased to £40 (£20 for Juniors). To consider whether Clubs wish to continue the existing policy of inviting “named” speakers.
  16. Proposal that any two of the President, Secretary and Treasurer be appointed as authorised signatories for the W Wallace Porter Account.
  17. Association “patrons” scheme
  18. Umpires’ Fees and Expenses – Recommendation that the fee and expenses for umpires appointed by the Umpires & Scorers Association be maintained £20, or £30 where an individual is standing alone
  19. Arrangements for the 2015 season including league & cup fixtures; and arrangements for entries to the Thistle Sports Sevens and Turriff Cups (to be tabled)
  20. Arrangements inclusion of club details in the 2015 Handbook (Clubs are asked to download, complete and return the form on the Association Web Site)
  21. Regional Development Manager Report
  22. City/Shire Development Group and Youth Leaguearrangements for 2015.
  23. Refresher on Rule changes for 2015 – Restriction of triallists, Suspension of draw in Grade 1
