RE: Advisory Memo - Notice of Dietary Training Schedule

The Office of Long Term Care, Survey and Certification Unit, will conduct four (4) one-half day training sessions on revised nutrition and sanitary conditions and MDS updates.
Nursing Home Administrators, Dieticians, Dietary Managers/Supervisors and MDS Coordinators are invited to attend. These training sessions have been approved for 2.5 contact hours for Administrators, Dieticians, Dietary Managers and Nurses.
The agenda for each session is as follows:
9:00 – 9:15 Welcome and Introductions Rose Tabor

9:15 – 11:30 Tags F 325 and F 371 Verline Hardaway
(1:15 – 3:30) Nutrition and Sanitary Conditions
