CTC: Cross Training Conditioning: Interval Circuit combining both cardio and strength training. CTS/ABS with an emphasis on the core.
Cycling: An energizing ride with hills, flats and sprints on a stationary bike.
HITT: High Intensity Interval Training.
Pump it: Strength and toning class using a combination of free weights, body weight, and a cardio. Come get pumped! / ABS that ROCK: An energized workout including moves focusing on CORE strength.
Variety Class: Taught by the ESS 204 classes teaching a variety of styles.
Water Aerobics: A low impact workout for all levels of fitness.
Yoga: Increases balance, flexibility, and mental relaxation to enhance the mind-body connection.
Zumba and Latin Jam: A dynamic and exciting class filled with Hip Hop & Latin dance moves.
