SYDNEY NURSING SCHOOL

CREATING NEW STAFF OR HONORARY PROFILES FOR THE SYDNEY NURSING SCHOOL WEBSITE

If you have not yet provided a profile for the Sydney Nursing School website, look at our profile styles ( create yours in a similar format with your own choice of headings (see following pages), and send it to the web manager. NOTE: Send any accompanying photos as separate jpg attachments. Do not attach your photo to a Word document.

Don’t bother to format your document (ie indents, tabs, bullets, bolds, font sizes, etc) because these will not hold in converting to the web version, and some formatting will need to be removed before the content can be used. If you like (optional) you can use italics for titles of journals/books, because they will indicate where these must be inserted in the web conversion.

AMENDING EXISTING PROFILES FOR THE WEBSITE

It is possible to update your staff profile whenever you like. Here's what you need to do:

  • Copy the web version of your profile (it has been proofed and is the most up-to-date version).
  • Use track changes (preferred option) or highlight and strikethrough to show additions, amendments and deletions.
  • Send the amended version by email to the web manager.
