LEAP KnowledgeBase (KB) Login & Use Guideline

Click the “Login” tab link
Key-enter your LEAP SYSTEMS Login User Name in the “Username” box/field
Key-enter your LEAP SYSTEMS Login Password in the “Password” box/field
Click the “Login” button
This is the “Browse” page
The Left Sidebar Menu can be expanded, to view Topical Categories, by clicking the “+” immediately to the left of the folder icon
This page shows the available articles for the topical category: WealthInMotion/Download/Pre-Requisites
Each article is numbered and can be individually selected by clicking on the associated, named link
This is the “Search” page
The LEAP KnowledgeBase (KB) is fully indexed several times per day
Keyword text string searches can be executed by entering your desired text string criteria in the “For Solutions Containing” box/field
You can also search by: Category, Article Type, Article Text, Article Title, Article Text & Title, Article ID or Age of Article
Clicking the “Go” link or button will execute your specified search and return the associated results
This is the Search Results page for a search of articles containing the word: “software”
The resulting articles, found by the search, can be individually viewed by clicking the associated, named link
This is the Article Review page for the selected article from the specified search results
The keyword search text string that was specified in the search criteria is highlighted every place it was found in the selected article
At the bottom of each article, there is a section for you to provide feedback on the quality and effectiveness of the article
Additionally, you will find sections for: Related Articles, Article Attachment Documents, Related External Links, and Approved Comments from other Licensees
This is the “Ask A Question” page
You may submit questions to the LEAP SYSTEMS Corporate Office by providing your full name, email address that is registered with LEAP SYSTEMS, and the text of your question.
Clicking the “Submit Question” button saves and submits your question
LEAP SYSTEMS will respond to your question by placing the answer in the LEAP KnowledgeBase
You will receive an email notification when your question has been answered
