CNC Machinist

Alfons Haar Inc. is a leading manufacturer of tooling / equipment for the metal container industry.

Position Summary:
High precision manufacturing facility in Springboro, Ohio in search of highly skilled CNC Machinist for day shift (M-F 6am-3.30pm) & night shift (M-Th 7.45pm-6.15am). Experienced with Hurco VMC's, Samsung Lathe's, Mitsubishi Sinker EDM & Wire EDM. Experience with hard milling, turning, grinding.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

·  CNC Machinist that can be a leader.

·  Ability to read, understand, & interpret blueprints (GD&T)

·  Ability to plan for tooling and set-ups.

·  Work as required with minimal supervision.

·  Interface & assist other Alfons Haar employee’s to reach common goals.

·  Maintain safe & organized work area.

·  Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

·  Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

·  Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program; or previous work experience may be considered.

·  Willingness to pursue attainment of trade certification.

·  High degree of mechanical aptitude, accuracy, and precision.

·  Strong mathematical aptitude.

·  Must be legally able to work in the United States.

·  Candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience.
