The president, Mr. Douglas MacAulay, presents the project of By-law No. 313-1, modifying By-law No. 313 relative to the conditions for issuing construction permits concerning derogatory buildings located along the border of a private street (City of Sherbrooke), as adopted by resolution by City Council on May 20, 2008. He calls upon Mr. Pierre Langlois, Town Planner of the Town Planning, Permit and Inspection Division who explains the project of By-law No. 313-1.
