Please note, we will invoice you for payment in advance of the training where possible. Payment terms are 30 days.

If you need to cancel your booking, please confirm this in writing at least 5 working days in advance of the training date and you will receive a refund. This will give us the opportunity to sell the space on the course and complete the appropriate preparation for the training to take place.

We regret that no refunds can be made after that date, although substitutions can be made at any time. Please notify us of any substitutions made.
