Completed your REQUEST FOR FINAL TRANSCRIPT? Colleges and universities need a final copy of student’s transcripts. Transcripts cannot be completed and mailed without this form completed. RETURN TO THE MAIN OFFICE BY MAY 12, 2010.

Completed your SENIOR SURVEY?This form must be submitted to the Guidance Office before students can pick up caps and gowns. It is important that all students fill out this form completely and accurately. This survey is used to report the percentages of GOHS students planning to attend college. GRADUATION CONTRACT

CLASS of 2010

GlenOak High School will provide a formal commencement ceremony for graduating seniors who choose to participate on Sunday, May 30th, at 2:00 p.m.

We have made special arrangements to ensure that this event will reflect the importance of the passage into adulthood and the pride that we all have in academic achievement. GlenOak faculty members will assemble with our students in the ceremony to celebrate this occasion.

We hope you agree that our students, many of whom are the first in their families to graduate from high school, deserve an attentive and appreciative audience. Please emphasize the formality of this occasion to friends and family who plan to attend the ceremony. Thank you for joining with us to provide the best graduation ceremony yet.

The following contract is to be signed and returned by seniors

We understand that GlenOak's Commencement is a formal occasion.
