______$1,400 – PAUL OLSON SINGLE DJ PACKAGE - Four working hours ($200 per hour additional). Paul Olson, Sound Connections’ owner, will emcee event, utilize props, program music and motivate your crowd.

______$1,750 – PAUL OLSON OR KOERT OR BILLY JACK OR PETER DUO DJ PACKAGE - Four working hours ($250 per hour additional). One of the above All-Star DJs + one traditional DJ will motivate your crowd, utilize props and ensure success. One All Star DJ will be “out with the crowd” to create positive energy, while the other DJ programs the hit music. (Check for longer stay) _____ 5 hrs

______$ 2,500 – PAUL OLSON W/KOERT OR BILLY JACK OR PETER V DUO DJ PACKAGE - Four working hours ($250 per hour additional). Paul Olson, along with one of the two above super talented and entertaining All-Star DJ’s will motivate your crowd, utilize props and ensure success. (Check for longer stay) _____ 5 hrs _____ 6 hrs

Events held outside HarrisCounty will incur an additional charge of $35 per each additional county outside Harris for transportation expense. All events located upstairs in establishments with no elevator access will incur an additional charge of $35; please mention this to us ahead of time. Sound Connections, Inc. will provide continuous music with a professional D.J., who will arrive one-half to three-quarters of an hour prior to event start time for setup (please make necessary arrangements for location to be open and accessible). A microphone will be provided and special announcements can be made by you and/or your DJ at your request. In the event of damage inflicted upon Sound Connections’ equipment by event guest(s), I understand that I will be responsible for repair and/or replacement cost(s). I am enclosing a Non-Refundable Retainer Fee of $250 made out to Sound Connections, Inc. to secure my event. I agree to pay the remaining balance at conclusion of event. I have read and agreed to the terms of this Sound Connections Entertainment Contract. I understand that if I cancel my event, my Retainer Fee will not be refunded.
