The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and has a great depth of knowledge of the Practicum Experience. The candidate should be flexible and creative. Additionally, he/she will be able to work on the days of the events and have a car/access to a car when necessary.

Data Base

  • Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of Practicum Data Base

Partnership School Data

  • Maintain and update partnership school datain database and partnership School list to ensure accuracy of school contact information

Reports

  • Generate accurate program information to assist Director or Assistant Director in preparation for annual reports.
  • General Office Responsibilities (Filing/Phones/Scheduling Appointments, etc.)
  1. Special Projects Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and pays keen attention to detail. This candidate has a strong command of Microsoft Office and additional computer programs.

Meetings & Events

  • Help set upand break down monthly meetings
  • Gather meeting notes and copy to Word
  • Help prepare large semester events
  • Maintain records
  • General Office Responsibilities (Filing/Phones/Scheduling Appointments, etc.)
  1. International Practicum Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position will be well organized, work well with students and faculty members, and demonstrate professional communication skills. The ideal candidate is an alum of the International Program and has a thorough understanding of the program’s mission.

Event Planning/Advertising:

  • Organize events to recruit students to the International Practicum

Student Correspondence:

  • Maintain relationships with students and schools
  • Maintain The Blog
  • Close-out meetings (September, January)
  • General Office Responsibilities (Filing/Phones/Scheduling Appointments, etc.)
