It's time to submit your mailing list. Each Art Trails artist is required to submit a mailing list for the Collector's Guide mailing.

You may submit your entire list. Or, you may choose to pay a $25 fee and opt out of providing a mailing list. If you choose to opt out, click HERE for the form and fee payment.

To submit a mailing list, here are the guidelines/instructions for submitting your list:

Email your list directly to Aaron at Advantage Marketing between now and July 22. He will acknowledge receiving your list. In your email to Aaron, indicate how many names you have on your list so he can confirm he received the entire list.

The final deadline to submit your mail list is July 22.

The preferred format is in an Excel file with columns labeled: first name, last name, address, city, state, zip. I have attached a sample template for you to follow. If you don’t have Excel installed on your computer you will not be able to make use of this file.

If you have your mailing list in another format, you may also export the data and send it directly to Aaron.

Below are tips on how to properly export data from Aaron:

To begin the export, you'll usually need to find the "export" (best choice) or "save as" commands, which are often under the "file" button in the toolbar. Different programs have different names. Act says "Data Exchange" in the file menu, then you click export.
You will be given a choice of various file types that can be exported. The best are usually Excel (.xls), Access (.mdb), DBase (.dbf), text, tab or comma delimited (.txt, .tab, .csv, ASCII, etc). Pretty much any database or spreadsheet type format works, as long as it's delimited by something, which allows us to separate it into differentiating columns (ie: first name, last name, address, city, state, zip).
