1. Mountain Biking Club
· Bike repair quote gotten now
· Motion to fund – 7,0,0
2. SASA
· Mental awareness event
· Want discussion food for the event
· Have never gotten any request before
· Will be on dec 15
· Motion to fund – 7,0,0
· Motion to add publicity – 7,0,0
3. ACF
· Spotlight speaker series
o Every sem invite local pastors to speak, but don’t know who exactly
o Get in contact with them during the sem
o George – zero until have concrete info
o Usually fund this through budgets
o BC – should come back through discretionary
· Heartbeat
o Usually have a speaker come in – someone who runs a coffee shop at UMASS where money goes to fighting against sex trafficking – comes in to speak and caters the event also
o Manny – is food integral to the event?
o Keshav – is the food paying for the coffee he brings?
§ Also get small foods to go along w the event
§ Could use discussion food instead
o Silvia – would be best to try to get funding from another source and save discussion food for another event
o Materials are for people to make things
· Easter Sunday
o 1500 is for lewis sebrings dinner – can’t really get anything w 500
o Paul – could get catering from another source
o LS provides venue
o Aditi – can get Friedman room or another location
