-I listened to the tape,it just added to the confusion. I 've decided to go back to Bill's
original instructions,which is to hand out the
R/W UTILIZATION forms and have them contact Pat Fox at least 48 hours before construction. Of course I'll still look at the
plans and if they have anything other than a 2' driveover curb I will tell them to contact Pat or Jim Cannon. Any D/W only jobs will get the old PLANNING & PROGRAMMING PERMITTING DIVISION form. I'll then send the yellow copy over to Pat Fox.Everyone will still have the $20.00 R/W Utilization fee tacked on to their CPR or PPPD form.

pad. I contacted Scott Douglas of Highlands of Innisbrook and relayed this information.
-RONI caught my mistake concerning CPR#996533 I wrote the wrong F.F. ELEV. 21.90
this was changed to 20.50 (as per Robinwood plans) in the computer and on my yellow copy of the Lowest Minimum Floor Elev. Worksheet. I then contacted Toni Palka @ Marc Rut. Homes and notified her of the change. I also called Donna 's (permitter) pager and left message. I also told Nancy Gibson and she said she would leave Donna a message to speak with me.
Apparently this permit has not been issued yet.
