HOOKERTON’S 5th ANNUAL HOMETOWN CELEBRATION

VENDOR REGISTRATION

The 5th annual Hometown Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 3-9:00 PM. We would like for you to participate as a vendor for our event. We will have vendors set up down Main Street and lots of food and good old fashioned fun for everyone. We will also finish up the night with fireworks beginning at 9:00 P.M.

The vendor registration fee will be $25 is due to our office by Friday, June 16, 2017. Vendor spaces will be 10X10 along Main Street in Hookerton if you are going to need electricity an additional fee of $10.00. The event will be held from 3:00-9:00 PM – vendors will be allowed to set up at 1:30 PM. For safety reasons, you will not be able to leave until 8:30 PM. All vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, power cords, etc.

Product vendors: We welcome any and all parties; however, please note we will only allow one consultant per company for vendors with products such as, but not limited to, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, Scentsy, etc. This will be on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to participate and the spot has already been filled, we will hold your contact information and should there be a cancellation, the next consultant in line will be contacted.

Food vendors: We welcome all food vendors; however, due to fairness, we will only allow one vendor per type of food. For example: one vendor for tacos, one for funnel cakes, etc. (This does not include side items such as hot dogs, fries, chips, or drinks as we understand these are in conjunction with main course foods.) This too will be on a first come, first served basis. Please be sure to mark on your registration form what type of food you will be selling – you will not be able to add “main course” foods the day of the event. Please make sure you have any and all permits needed to comply with local health inspector regulations.

** Please note that all vendor spaces will be determined in advance of the event by each vendor’s power and lighting needs. If you will need access to power – note that on your registration.
