Guess Who is coming for High Tea
By now you should be receiving your invitation to our afternoon tea, to be held on Sunday 2 April (apologies for date error in letter!) If you haven't received your letter or have any questions contact Denise McLaverty,5257 1969. RSVPs due by Sunday, 12 March, after which you will receive a letter telling you where you will going on the day or who you will be hosting.

The guest speaker will be Bishop Philip Huggins who is the Vicar General for the diocese of Melbourne.
There will be morning tea served after the service where good fellowship will be enjoyed.
Pancake Tea - Tuesday, 28 February, from 5.30 pm.
Same bargain price, all you can eat (savoury and sweet pancakes) for bargain price of $15 a head. Come and try our all new recipes.

Special Morning Tea.
St Andrew's Justice & Mission Ministry team will hold a Special Morning Tea after service on Sunday 5 March
to raise funds for the Welcome Place: the Drop In Centre run by Wesley church Geelong. The purpose of this morning tea is to assist the Welcome Place volunteers as they seek to raise funds to enable people in their community, who are seeking asylum, to access legal support where a judicial review is required.
Please plan to come along, enjoy a delicious and special morning tea and support the Welcome Place's volunteers efforts.
Ecumenical Lenten Studies.
We have again been invited by our Anglican friends to join them in their Tuesday morning studies during Lent.
These begin on Tuesday, 7 March at
11 am at St. John’s. You are very welcome to join them in a cuppa beforehand, at 10.45 am.
World Day of Prayer. The service will be hosted by Church by the Bay on Friday, 3 March at 1.30 pm. This year the service has been prepared by the women of the Philippines, with the theme “Am I Being Unfair To You?”.
The speaker will be Richard Duffield. Everyone welcome!
The service, although prepared by women, is not just for women.
Lent Labyrinth
During Lent, a Lent Labyrinth will be set up in our Church.
It will give us an opportunity to take time out of our everyday busyness to reflect and pray on the journey to the cross and what it meansfor us and the world. In order for this to happen, the church will be open on Wednesday afternoons during Lent , between 3.30pm and 7.30pm, beginningWednesday 1March, and every afternoon of Holy Week. All welcome. The Small Change offering for February given by Portarlington St Andrew's and St Leonards was $136.75. Thank you to everyone for your support.
Portarlington Fellowship Breakfast
The March meeting will be held on Thursday 11 March, commencing at 7-30am. Guest Speaker will be Mr. John Rae. John is the chair of the Portarlington Business Development Association.
