Participating in teacher appreciation week is voluntary. Don’t forget the instructional assistants, specialists, student teachers, and many other staff do a lot of hard work that you might not see.

Gift Cards Giveaway
Consider donating a $5-$10 gift card (Target, Dunkin Donuts, Amazon, etc.) or other unused gift cards. Please put the gift card in an envelope marked Teacher Appreciation Week and send it to the main office by May 5. Daily winners will be announced on the morning news.
Monday, May 8:
Flowers and a Popcorn Bar in Lollipop Woods
Flowers
On this day, send your student in with a flower for their teachers and our staff. All together, it will create a sweet smelling beautiful bouquet.
Popcorn Bar
Our teachers will satisfy their sweet tooth with a popcorn bar provided by the PTA in their staff lounge. Please sign up on the PTA website to donate.
Tuesday, May 9:
Dazzling Doors
We are creating a festive environment for our teachers and staff by decorating their doors. The room parents will be decorating the majority of the classroom doors but we need your help with the specialty teachers and staff doors. Doors will be decorated after school Monday, May 8. Please sign up on the PTA website to get involved.
Wednesday, May 10:
Favorite Things
How sweet it is to recognize our teachers! Please bring an item from your teacher’s favorites list. Show appreciation to other staff members; a list of everyone’s favorites can be found on the PTA website or in the office.
Thursday, May 11:
Breakfast at the Candy Castle
A breakfast and waffle bar will be served in the staff lounge for our super sweet teachers and staff. Let’s fill their plates with something tasty and great! We need volunteers to contribute food and drinks as well as to set up and clean up. To donate or help serve please visit the PTA website.
Friday, May 12:
Luncheon in the Ice Cream Sea
Our sweethearts will fuel up with a lunch provided by the school’s administration and the PTA.
