In Pursuance of the orders issued vide Commissioner and Director of School Education, AP Hyderabad under reference5thcited, the District Educational Officer, Nizamabad is pleased to accord sanction for Rs.5,19,19,335/-(Rupees Five CroresNineteen Lakhs Nineteen thousand three hundred and thirty fiveonly) towards cooking cost for Primary Classes (I – V)under Midday Meal Scheme in the District during the year 2013-14.

All the Mandal Educational Officers in the District are requested to utilize the amount of Rs.5,19,19,335/-(Rupees Five CroresNineteen Lakhs Nineteen thousand three hundred and thirty five only)towards cooking cost for Primary Classes (I – V)during the year 2013-14 and maintain Separate Budget Watch Registers for the expenditure particulars.

All the Mandal Educational Officers in the District are requested to allot the amounts to the Implementing Agencies and draw and disburse the amount month wise as shown in the Annexures I to III to the Implementing agencies as per their requirements keeping in view of the rules in force and instructions issued from Time to Time.

All the Mandal Educational Officers are also requested to Submit all the Pending/regular bills to the Treasuries without keeping with them and implement the Scheme in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government and instructions issued from time to time and also follow the modalities for effective financial transactions of bills as ordered vide GOs 1stto 4th read above.

The expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account.
