DEAR KMA MEMBER:
The Kirkwood Meadows Association Planning Committee will be holding a Preliminary Plan Review (reference Section 2.1.2 of the KMA Planning Committee Rules and Standards) for a Major Exterior Remodel (Section 2.0.4), for a proposed project at Lot 107 (Klein), 50862 Fremont Court, Kirkwood, California.
The Preliminary Plan Review will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2014.
Summary of Project Description:
The project will consist of constructing an enclosed area under the existing lower deck, on the east side of the home (facing Kirkwood Meadows Drive). The existing building’s “footprint” will be unchanged.
The Preliminary Plan Review for the proposed Lot 107 project will be held:
Saturday - June 28, 2014, 10:30 a.m.
At the Kirkwood Meadows Public Utility District Community Center (Fire House), Kirkwood, California.
