a)Approval of January minutes.

3.BUILDING COMMITTEE (Chair- Steve Hagman)

a)Dehumidification system fixed by Rons Refrigeration

b)Broken cable on Zamboni fixed.

c)Zamboni drivers punched holes in the boards and smashed front corner of Zamboni, operators need to

slow down when driving.

d)Contract for Rec Center comes due April 1st.

1)Need suggestions for any changes

2)Ask city not to charge us for water 1st month of ice. Kennedy to attend meeting.

6. HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (ACE- Chad Ellis)

a)16 coaches for Stuff the Truck coaches game.

b)Shooting contest for Learn to Skate, Mites, PeeWees, and Bantams between periods of

coaches game.

c)Goalie clinic February 10th

d)request for $50 gift card for evaluator.

7.GIRLS HOCKEY (Chair-Amy Stepan)

8. FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE (Chair – Jason Lindell)

a) Stuff the truck scheduled for February 21st. 1st game of the River Cup.

b)Golf outing flyers and posters have been put up around town.

1)BMO bank to post Golf Outing event on outside sign month of April

2)Looking for Donations from local Businesses for Golf Outing

11.TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE (Chair- Jim Rogers & Bill Millhausen) –

a) Bantam B Tournament Elm Brook canceled 10 days out from tourney, Milhausen questioned refund policy. Board agreed that there should be no refund due to time frame.

b)Red Tournament March 1st

14 different tournaments that weekend, Reds dropped out of Lake Delton Tourney because they were under the impression Mosinee would have enough teams for a tourney at home. Board agreed to open

March 1st Tournament up to Mite White Teams with an entry fee of $300. Keith Zebro to send out a mass e-mail looking for teams
