NATIONAL LEADERS TO CONDUCT WORKSHOP SESSIONS AT AMERICAN FREEDOM FOUNDATION’S WARRIORS TO THE WORKFORCE HIRING AND TRAINING EVENT

Workshopsheld April 29 -30 will provide resources and information for veterans,

transitioning military service members and military spouses

ATLANTA (April 12, 2016) --Warriors To The Workforce Atlantatakes place April 29 and 30 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Booth #2155 of the 2016 Army Aviation Mission Solutions Summit. Over 30 companies are expected to be on-site with job opportunities for an anticipated 300 + veterans, service members and spouses in attendance. Presented in association with Still Serving Veterans, Warriors to the Workforcealso includes training workshopson topics such as networking and presentation skills, resume writing, interviewing techniques, job searching, career planning through goal setting and translating military skills and training into civilian life and corporate experience.

"Our veterans and military service members develop invaluable leadership skills and other attributes during their service that make them exemplary employees," says SMA (R) Jack L. Tilley, co-founder, chairman and CEO of the American Freedom Foundation. "Our goal with these Warriors to the Workforce workshops is to help equip them with the information they need to best capitalize on those unique abilities as they enter the civilian job market."

Warriors to the Workforce takes place April 29 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and April 30 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.Attendance is free for all military veterans, service members and spouses, and registration is available at warriorstotheworkforceatl.net.

There will be a separate area at the event, presented by Still Serving Veterans, for attendees to have their resume reviewed.
