THE COLLECT

God of Power and Might

Whose mercy knows no bounds

Whose love transcends all powers of injustice

Bless all engaged in your activity against racial injustice

Grant that your church may be bold enough

To challenge their own powerful kingdoms of conferences, and synods

So as to enter more fully the same

May they seek to hear those crying out for justice

That may serve as an inspiration to a society that engages tirelessly

Towards racial justice
