Terms and Conditions for Premier Foods Website Launch Competition
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You will be legally bound by these terms from the time you submit an entry for the Website Launch Competition 2013.
1 The Promotion is open to all professional caterers in the United Kingdom.
2 To enter, e-mail with your name, contact telephone number and postal address.
3 All entries must be received on or prior to March 31st 2013 (the “Competition Closing Date”).
4 Entries will only be accepted from professional caterers and only one entry is permitted per person.
5 Four caterers will win:
(a) One iPad Mini 16GB Wi-Fi
(b) A hamper of Premier Foods product, including products from the Bisto, McDougalls, Sharwood’s, Ambrosia and Homepride range
(Collectively referred to as “the Prize”).
6 The winners will be selected at random by Premier Foods from the entries submitted.
7 The winners will be selected and notified (via telephone number provided on entry email) no later than 10 days after the Competition Closing Date. If after within 5 days and after reasonable efforts having been made (at least 3 phone calls / answer phone messages where applicable) a winner cannot be contacted, then Premier Foods reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative winner drawn at random. The dates for delivery of the Prize is subject to availability and will be mutually decided between Premier Foods and the winners.
8 Premier Foods reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not made in accordance with these terms and conditions and anydecision of Premier Foods as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Premier Foods accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received, damaged or unreadable, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.
9 There is no cash alternative to the Prizes. Premier Foods reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a reasonably equivalent alternative Prize, of equal or greater value, should circumstances make this necessary.
10 Premier Foods reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
11 The winners may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
12 To receive name and county of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Alexa Hopkins, Cirkle Beaconsfield, The Spiral, 1 Wycombe End, Beaconsfield, Bucks HP9 1LZ.
13 By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and the winner consents to the transfer of its name and location to the Data Controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the Promotion and the Premier Foods brand.

15 The Promotion and these terms and conditions are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
