TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*php3,000 reservation fee to block the slot (will be less from total cost)
*70% Down payment at least two weeks before event
(Check paymentsdue is seven 7 days before event date ,we don’t accept check on the day of event.
*30% Full payment two days before event or upon delivery.(All prices quoted are based on cash payments except if check deposited 1 week before event).
*Additional 10% service charge from total cost

*Additional 500 pesos for diesel or transpo in Q.C.,Manila,Pasig,Makati,Valenzuela,Taguig
,Mandaluyong,Caloocan,Marikina.
* Optional Transportation fee in Laspinas, Paranaque,Muntinlupa, Antipolo / Masinag, Montalban,
Cainta /Rizal, Tongko, Bulacan and out of town venue. (minimum charge of 800php for this locations).
*Service of waiter up to 4 hours only, in any excess there will be a charge of P50.00 per hour per waiter(caterers setup time is free)
*Charge of P50.00/floor per waiter if the event is held in a buildingwithout service elevator or if the loading area is 50 meters away from the setup place. / *Any losses, breakages, gate entrance fee,toll gate fee andcaterer’s bond are charge to the client.
*Lechon Corkage is P500 if client will bring whole letchon.(200 pesos for company,300pesos for waiters)
*Extra food warmer rental is 200php per set.
*Catering equipment service 4 hours only from event proper, in excess there will be a charge of Php200 per hour aside from waiters overtime fee of service( setup time is free)
*200 pesos security deposit for one hour overtime fee of full equipment ,refundableif not consume.
*30% of the contract price will be charged upon early cancellation of the contract .
*40% of the contract price will be charge for any cancellation twoweeks before the event.
*60% of the contract price will be charge for any cancellation one week before the event.
*Cancellation on the day of event ,all payments will be forfeited.
