Welcome to our Celebration Today

At the Sung Mass, we welcome Olivia and Jacob Outten, asthey receive the Sacrament of Baptism. Weextend our welcome to their godparents, family and friends who have come to support them. The Sunday School meets in the Ringing Chamber, they gather during the first hymn and they come down to witness the Baptism. Please ask the Sidespersons for directions. TheWalsingham room is also available as a crèche room for young people who need a break during the service. At the end of Mass please stay and join us for coffee and refreshments. Thegold books have the Order of Service in them, while the hymns are found in the bigger green book. Thenumbers are as follows:

Set out at the back of Church are the next year’s boxes of envelopes for each individual who uses them.

All Souls

All Souls Day falls on Monday 2nd November. We shall have our Sung Mass at 8pm and a said Mass in the morning at 9.30am. Lists for names to be prayed for are at the back of Church. Please ensure you select the list for the service that you are intending to attend. TheChurches Together All Soulstide Service will take place on Sunday 1stNovember at 4pm. Help will be needed to serve refreshments.

Bonfire Party

Takes place on Saturday 7th November. Helpers will be needed for various tasks. A sign-up sheet is on the table at the back of Church, as we will need help with refreshments, stewarding and lighting fireworks. If you have wood to donate to the bonfire, please speak to Tony Young.

Operation Christmas Child

Kate Crouch is looking for sponsorship of £3 per shoe box. She has filled 50 shoe boxes with presents for children who otherwise would receive nothing at Christmas. If you can help fund transportation, please give your money direct to Kate.
