MTC is the metropolitan planning organization and regional transportation planning agency for the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area. MTC also acts as the Bay Area Toll Authority, collecting in excess of $600 million a year in bridge tolls for the operation and upkeep of the region's seven state-owned toll bridges.We plan, invest and coordinate to keep the Bay Area mobile,sustainable and prosperous. All of this is undertaken with a staff of just over 200 personnel.

1) The Administrative Services Director which has a closing date of Wed. March 15th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

The Administrative Services Director is responsible for planning and executing Agency business administrative programs and operations. This role will provide oversight and direct the performance and delivery of section programs and operations. Keep the agency Executive Staff apprised of section programs, projects and activities. Serves as MTC's Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Liaison Officer (DBELO) and the Small Business Enterprise Liaison Officer (SBELO), and supports the agency's Title VI and Title VII activities.

2) The position of Assistant Human Resources Manager. This position has a closing a closing date of Thurs. March 23, 2017 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

The Assistant Human Resources Manager will act as the Assistant Manager for all MTC employee programs, and will focus specifically on staff fulfillment and development programs directly managing the outreach, internship, recruiting, and onboarding programs. This position also will assist in overseeing all other Human Resources team programs, including employment life cycle programs, talent management and succession programs, and legal and policy compliance programs.

3) We are seeking a person to fill the role of Transportation Planner/Engineer. This position has a closing date of Tues. April 4, 2017 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

The Transportation Planner/Engineer will, depending upon skill level, lead and/or support a multi-disciplined team to formulate ideas, conduct analyses and develop projects. This person will also coordinate closely with MTC staff, federal/state transportation agencies, county congestion management agencies, local cities and counties, transit operators, and various business/community organizations and private partners. The individual will also manage and/or work with consultants.
