Applications are invited for Interview-cum-WrittenTest/Skill Test for thepost of Research Associate (1 No.) and Project Fellow (6 Nos.) under the project “Forest Density Mapping of Notified Forest Areas and Assessment of Trees Outside Forests (TOF) in Haryana” and Project Fellow (5 Nos.) under the project “Digitization of Strip Plantations in Haryana” for a period of one year. Details of qualifications along with prescribed application form etc. can be downloaded from HARSAC website ( The last date for receipt of application form complete in all respect is 08.02.2018. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring their original certificates/testimonials etc. at the time of Interview-cum- Written/Skill Test. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview-cum-Written/Skill Test. The appointment in the project will be purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. It will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim, implicit or explicit, on any post.

INTERVIEW-CUM-WRITTEN TEST/SKILL TEST

Applications are invited for Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test for various posts of Research Associate(1 No.) and Project Fellow (11 Nos.) on contractual basis under various projects at Haryana Forest Department (HFD), Panchkula. The details of the posts and qualifications prescribed are mentioned below:-

Note:- All the above posts, the work involves extensive field work and only those who are willing to travel extensively need to apply.

The appointment in all the projects will be purely on contractual basis for the period as mentioned above or earlier or extendable as per project requirement. Eligible candidates may apply for the same on the application form prescribed along with application fee of Rs.200/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Chief Scientist, HARSAC payable at Hisar for each post (to be downloaded from HARSAC website: to the Chief Scientist, Haryana Space Applications Centre (HARSAC), Department of Science & Technology, Haryana, CCS HAU Campus, Hisar – 125004 upto 08.02.2018. The date for Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test to be conducted for these posts will be intimated to the candidates separately through E-mail/by post in due course. The selected candidates will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim, implicit or explicit, on any post. Candidates are required to mention exact percentage of marks obtained by them against each column of qualifications. It is mandatory for the candidates attending Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test to bring their original certificates/testimonials etc. at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview-cum-Written Test/Skill Test. The syllabus for the written test will be based on the topics related to RS / GIS / GPS, Forestry and Environment.
