Mark J says that Caitlyn Wright will be our new volunteer coordinator! YAY
Agenda approval: Walt moved- Tom second- passed
Minutes Approval: Bluesday-Tuesday event was in June, not July. Larry did Not second minutes approval, Dave C did. Walt moved- Stoney second- passed
Officer Reports-
Pres:
Stoney made a motion to allow Pres. Ham to apply for a liquor license for the duration of the Bluesfest this year. Walt seconded- motion passed. Deb D. will notarize statement after board meeting with Sec. Nancy & Pres. Ham
Vice Pres: absent
Treasurer: received Ojibwa partnership check. Only Screened Image outstanding. Deb moved to approve financials- Nancy seconded- passed

Jeff K- Bluesday/Tuesday 7/26 Fast Eddie & Bones
Aug- on steps. Still negotiating with band
Aug 2nd- display case in PWPL available to us. Need items to fill.
Charlie suggested old t-shirts as back drop

Larry says no new events planned
Mark says thank you volunteer party at Elks around Halloween with The Jimmys

Walt says posters are ordered and may be ready by weekend hopefully.

Fest:
Next Fest meeting Aug 1 @ Stoney’s. Will discuss technical things and logistics.
Programs will finalize soon. Any additions are to be sent to April. Same survey as last year. Hilltop RV is backing out of contract for 4 RV’s due to increase in expenses from off lot insurance rider. After much to do, they will provide 3 with the full rental charge.
- Ham- do I have this right?
It was suggested that we look into having our own Insurance cover the RV’s when on park grounds as well as amend the contract with a refundable deposit
Of $500 per trailer. We will end any promotion of Hilltop and look elsewhere for trailers in the future.
Tom says- T-shirts are ordered with sizes adjusted based on what was left last year. NO rack cards. We have 2 golf carts for sure.
Hockeyville booth- tabled until Dave C is in attendance
