1. Objective. To accelerate the communication between fencers and association; to promote publication of fencing

6. Venue:TinShui Wai Sports Centre, Tin Shui Wai, New Territories

7. Application and Requirements:

（i）To those fencers who accord with the age group and apply from fencing associations

（ii）Age Groups：

A –Age 4-6（Born between 01.01.2010 – 31.12.2012）

B –Age 7-9（Born between01.01.2017 – 31.12.2009）

C –Age 10-12（Born between01.01.2004 – 31.12.2006）

D –Age 13-15（Born between01.01.2001 – 31.12.2003）

E –Age 16-18（Born between01.01.1998 – 31.12.2000）

F –Age 19-39（Born between01.01.1977 – 31.12.1997）

G –Age 40 or above（Born on or before 31.12.1976）

（iii）Application Fee:HKD250/each fencer, each fencer can apply for one event only and pay the fee on the date of reporting

（iv）Deadline of Application：18.03.2016

8. Rules:：Groups in Preliminary and Direct Elimination

* Age groups 4-6 and 7-9：5 points – 2 mins in preliminary and 10 points 2*2mins in direct elimination

* Other groups：2 mins in preliminary and 15 points 3*2mins in direct elimination

※group A(4-6years), group B (7-9years ), group C (10-12years) will use Weapon (0) in the games.

※Proposed Schedule: 3rd April 2016 - Men’s Foil, Ladies’Epee, Men’s Sabre and

4th April 2016 - Ladies’ Foil, Men’s Epee, Ladies’ Sabre

※All the Fencers should wear with the under plastron FIE800N. If wearing of the CE350N under plastron, chest protector must be worn for the tournament.

※All the application and schedule will be posted on the homepage of Union Fencing Club（

9. Prize：

(i)Medal and Certificate will be given to first 3 places

(ii)Tied for the 2nd runner-up of 3rd and 4th places and certificate will be given to 5th to 8th places

10. Notes：

(i)Director meeting will be held at 21:00 on 2nd April 2016

(ii)Reporting Time: 0830

(iii)All fencers should bring with their own qualified equipment and no equipment will be provided by the organizer

(v)We will provide additional information if the constitution could not show the details
