Agreement

I agree that, with regard to any temporary positions I accept, the following apply:

·  I understand that there will be no malpractice insurance provided, nor liability assumed, indemnified, or defended against on my behalf by Kelly Services for work I perform while in this position.

·  The financial arrangements between myself and Kelly Services are confidential; likewise, the financial arrangements between Kelly Services and the customer are confidential. I will honor and respect the confidentiality of both relationships.

·  I agree to keep any and all information, materials, files, etc. gathered during this position strictly confidential. I agree not to remove materials, files, equipment, etc. from the customer’s premises without express permission and will return all materials immediately upon termination of the position.

·  I agree to advise Kelly Services of any conflicts of interest as soon as they are discovered.

·  As an attorney, I am bound by the Code of Professional Conduct including, but by no means limited to, my obligation to preserve customer and client confidences and my obligation to refuse positions involving conflicts of interest.

·  As a paralegal, I am obligated to preserve customer and client confidences and to refuse positions involving conflicts of interest. In addition, I cannot give legal advice to the customer or their clients, and my work for the customer must be delegated and supervised by an attorney.

Truthfulness of Information

All of the information provided by me in support of my application for employment is true and complete. Any false, misrepresented, or omitted information may result in ineligibility for hire, discipline, or termination of assignment or employment. I authorize Kelly to verify all information using all sources provided on this Employment Application Addendum, and I release all parties from all liability resulting from the use of information obtained.
