TheCNHKeyClubSecretaryAwardshallproviderecognitiontoSecretarieswhohaveprovidedcommendableservicetoothers.

(1)E-Signatures:Thisapplicationrequireselectronicsignatures(E-Signatures)bytheapplicantandthe FacultyorKiwanisAdvisor.E-Signaturesforthisapplicationaredefinedasnamesandcontactinformationprovidedontheform.E-Signaturesrepresentthefactthattheindividualslisted haveapprovedtheapplicationandsupportingdocumentation.Theseindividualsmaybecontactedforfurtherverification.Pleasedonotuse digitalsignatures.
