BERKS BRAWL INFORMATION PACKET
We want to take this opportunity to welcome all the organizations to the 6th Annual Berks Brawl. The last 45years events were a huge success and we anticipate another great event this year!
The goal of this event is for coaches to have the opportunity to put children in different positions, try new ideas with plays, and get an overall sense of how you as a coach want your team run for the season. This is a perfect venue to accomplish this goal, as it will not be a full game, but a scrimmage on half fields. We hope we can continue this tradition every year moving forward as it not only gives coaches this opportunity but allows organizations to meet each other outside of the regular season.
We want to welcome the families of every player in our league to the scrimmage. We will have a full concession stand. Please let your parents know we will have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks for sale. We will also have T-shirts for sale in both youth and adult sizes. These T-shirts have each individual team included!
We will also have medical tents, and information tents to assist everyone throughout the day. We are requesting that each team register at the information tent upon arrival. Please let your parents know we want them to have access to all the resources they need to get through the day.

The Berks Brawl will be held at Wilson West Middle School. The physical address for the school is:
450 Faust Road
Sinking Spring, PA 19608
Attached is a parking plan and map of the area. We are asking all the parents to enter on Faust Road. We will exit the scrimmage using Green Valley Road. We will have parking attendants that will assist with parking. We ask all parents to follow their attendant as we will fill up parking lots closest to the scrimmages first.
Parking on Gaul Road could, and has in the past, resulted in parking tickets. Park there at your own risk!!
For the first time we will try a using the front lot for a “VIP” parking area. This is the lot closest to the fields.
GAME SCHEDULE
Attached is the game schedule for this upcoming weekend. We have tried to stagger games so everyone will ample time to get to each field. We want to begin the day with the Mighty Mites, followed by the Mites, and then ending with the Midget teams. Each scrimmage will be approximately 50 minutes long.
INFORMATION TENT
As parents and players walk in towards field 4, we will have the Information and Medic Tents set up near each other. We ask that you have a representative of your team sign in at the information tent upon arrival. Each field will be clearly marked and we will have a map and schedule information located at the information tent.
MEDIC TENT
We will have medical trainers on site for the day. They are from the Wilson School District Athletic Office.
CONCESSIONS
We are excited to offer concessions for you and your family throughout the day! We will have breakfast, lunch/dinner, drinks, snacks, and so much more.
T-SHIRT SALES
We will sell T-Shirts on a first come first serve basis. We have included all teams on the shirt and want to make sure you have an opportunity to purchase as many as you need and have sizes ranging from Youth to Adult. Please make sure to get your T-Shirts fast… When they are gone, they are gone…
