Have you ever been on atourist tram? What would you want to see when you travel aroundHong Kongby tram? Joyce and Edmund find it relaxing to see places and buildingson their ride from KennedyTown to Shau Kei Wan.Also, they like to learn about the old and new trams, the tram stops and the tram depotin Hong Kong. Take a tram journey and share the joy with them!

Suggested activities

1. Ask pupils if they know about the oldest kind of transport in Hong Kong. Brainstorm ideas on getting around by tram.

2. Introduce the programme and the presenters, Joyce and Edmund.

3. Print out the tram route in COPYMASTER 1 for pupils beforeshowing the programme.

4.After watching the programme, teachersask pupilstowrite the names of thebuildings and places in the spaces providedin COPYMASTER 2.
