All venues for the Summit and its preceding meetings are accessible strictly on presentation of an accreditation badge.
All members of the media who wish to cover the Summit and have access to Elephant Hills Resort Conference Centre and other areas accessible to media practitioners are required to be accredited through the Ministry ofInformation, Media and Broadcasting Services byAugust 05, 2014, by submitting the following details:
a)Duly completed Media Accreditation Form (Pages 8 and 9 of this doc).
b)Copy of identification document.
c)One colour passport-size photograph.
- Media Centre
A Media Centre will be available at Elephant Hills Resort Conferences Centre. Media practitioners will have at their disposal a work area with Internet, phones, printers, faxes and photocopy machines.
- Requests of interviews
The press attachés of each delegation may request the Organising Committee of the Summit to provide them with the telephone number they can use to make interviews requests. They can make such requests before or during the Summit.
- Official photographers
Official photographers and cameramen are required apply to be accredited as media practitioners and not as delegates.
