INTRODUCTION

Property and Land are the last great assets councils have. With such pressure to income generate and become self-sustaining, how councils use that land is ever more crucial. That’s why Anthony Collins, Arcadis and the LLG have come together to present this Regeneration Masterclass. Our clients tell us that the most difficult part of Regeneration is knowing where to start. This session looks at how to set up and carry out a regeneration project, gives practical examples and shares some war stories along the way. We’ll also cover techniques and tricks of the trade. This is designed to be a practical as well as legal session so we’d like lawyers to come along with their property colleagues.

The first question of the first session is “What frustrates you about regeneration projects?”. Hopefully, over the day, we’ll help you find the answers.

As part of our commitment to LLG we have decided not to charge for this event but places are limited so please book early.
