1.Participation & Performance Overview

The table attached provides the final details of the participation levels for Diploma Course Nos 1 through to 17 (Note Diploma Course No.17was the final course to be offered). The table also includes those that have completed all four course weekend workshops and the total number of workshop participants.

The table also provides details about performance in terms of those that have demonstrated competency either through completion of one or more of the three projects in the original competency assessment process or one or more of the four Director Evidence Workbooks (DEWs) in the revised competency assessment process.

The following table provides a high level summary drawn from the table attached and among other things highlights the superior scholastic achievements flowing from those that register for the full diploma course vis a vis those that register for course modules one at a time. This no doubt arises from the added discipline required by participants where their credit union has outlaid the full registration fees on their behalf.
