2012 Scholarship Application Form

The purpose of the Kittitas Parent Group Scholarship Program is to help students who will graduate from the Kittitas School District and who will pursue post-high school educational opportunities.

Consideration for receiving the scholarship will be based upon the applicant’s a) academic achievement, b) school & community involvement, and c) financial need. The Kittitas Parent Group Scholarship Program is dedicated to assist students who might ordinarily be eliminated in academic scholastic competition. The recipient must demonstrate the ability to meet a post-secondary institution’s entrance standards for a full-time or part-time student, and maintain full-time or part-time student eligibility based on the institution’s standards.

For the 2012 academic year, a scholarship of five hundred ($500) dollars maximum will be granted to a recipient continuing their education experience past high school. The actual amount granted may be less depending upon number of applicants selected. The final amount granted and number of recipients will be at the sole discretion of the Kittitas Parent Group Executive Committee.

Please read this application form carefully and thoroughly. The application form must be received complete with all parts attached. All incomplete applications or applications without all required attachments will be disqualified.
