Monday, May 2nd

Congratulations and kudos to the 7th grade students of the month. These students had no problem staying focused throughout the end of the quarter and the whole of PSSAs. We have no doubt that these students will keep rocking until the end of the year and beyond.
Props to:
Peregrine Falcons: Camille Sealy and Freddy Quarshire
Komodo Dragons: Hannah Clancy and Joey Tagliaferro
Giant Pandas: Andrew O'Mara and Rachel Yocom.
Way to go 7th grade!

Any 8th grade boy planning to play football at Haverford High School next year should let their parents know there will be a parent meeting on Wednesday from 7:00-7:45 PM in room 152 of the High School. The freshman coaches will be available to answer questions.

This Wednesday after school in the courtyard the HMS Student Council will be selling soft pretzels for only one dollar!
The money we raise will be used to buy a thank you gift for our amazing maintenance staff and crossing guards. You know those great people that make our building look spic and span each day, and those smiling faces that get you across the street no matter what the weather. They deserve our thanks.
So come buy a pretzel this Wednesday, bring your friends, buy them a pretzel and help us say thank you to some people who really deserve it!
