Approved Minutes of October 2, 2013. Motion Steve Plyler, Second, Ed Pedrazzi. Approved.

Class Scheduling Fall 2014 and beyond.

ACTION ITEM: Change Supervision to Spring 16.

Program Review and Planning 2014-15 – Mollie reported on PRP process and outcomes.

Laboratory Safety Standards.

ACTION ITEMs: Glenn Thorpe will convene Mark Molina, Mark Iverson, Jack Beebe and Eagle Jones to create general safety guidelines. The safety standards will be both general guidelines for the lab but include standards specific to each course. Mollie will resend examples from woodworking, chemistry and welding.

Curriculum Changes.

Recycled Water – Jack provided information on his research of recycled water in a table format. Mollie shared the table with the group. There was no decision on how to incorporate the information into the curriculum. Table below.

ACTION ITEM: Mollie will send out the COR’s for WTE 54, WTE 74, WWT 52 and WTE64 and convene Eagle, Jack, Mark Iverson and Mark Molina to discuss recycled water topics into the courses.

Student Learning Outcomes. Mollie shared results from the course SLO’s

T-114 Lab Update. Ed reported on the status of the lab. Equipment and supplies were ordered to support the Instrumentation & Controls, Backflow Prevention, and Water Quality Monitoring classes.

ACTION ITEM: Mollie will convene Steve, Glenn, Mark, Bob, ED and Chris during the summer to discuss the next set of equipment and supply orders.

Articulations.

ACTION ITEM: Mollie will research high schools that have water programs for the purpose of creating articulation agreements.
